Nipun Sahni is the director and head of India Global Commercial Real Estate, DSP Merrill Lynch. He is responsible for the firm’s real estate investments in the country across debt and equity products. He has been instrumental in forging partnerships with several developers on multiple asset classes and has over 13 yrs experience in the Indian financial markets. Prior to Merrill Lynch he was the head of real estate at GE Commercial Finance in India. Nipun Sahni holds a master degree in finance from the University of Delhi.
