Sankey Prasad, a graduate in Civil Engineering, has over 25 years of experience in the field of real estate development. He has worked in various capacities in the industry and has been responsible for the delivery of a number of landmark projects around the world including in India, the Middle East and South Africa. In late 2002, Sankey, along with a core team, began Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd. Now grown into a leading project management company of over 500 professionals, Synergy has a pan-India presence and has offices in Malaysia and the UAE. With Sankey’s vision and leadership, the company has successfully delivered over 18 million sft and now manages over 90 million sft of office, retail, mixed-use, hospital and hotel spaces. Being an expert in real estate, Sankey also holds advisory positions on various international boards.
