He leads the entire acquisition process, from sourcing and identifying real estate investment opportunities to performing due diligence, for investments in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India. Vaswani possesses over ten years of real estate experience, including six years of hands-on development, marketing and investment experience within India at a mid-size private real estate development firm focused on residential, retail and office condominium development.
